The combination of meticulously selected grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, a careful micro-vinification regime and maturation in barrel lead to a wine of layered complexity that not only defies age but improves over time. We have selected three iconic vintages of Batàr for a trilogy which is, to say the least, extraordinary.

A champion of varietal precision and tension. It perfectly embodies the style and focus enabled by winemaker Manfred Ing to let the grapes fully express their essence.

Batàr 2011
With its ample, rich palate and tropical notes, the 2011 vintage stunned everyone who tasted it, leaving us wondering if we would ever be able to make such a luscious, almost exotic version of Batàr ever again.

- Batàr 2002
This is a real rarity. Due to the wet conditions that characterised the vintage, we decided at the time to make only 3,000 bottles of almost entirely Pinot Bianco. While less opulent in style but bright and expressive, it has definitely stood the test of time!

Each vintage is drinking perfectly now but has the capacity for further ageing.

We deliver in Italy, including islands, for a flat rate of € 20.
We offer free shipping on orders over € 250.
United States and Canada
Delivery costs are calculated based on the quantity, weight and destination address. For an estimate, please use our shipping rate calculator in your cart. Customs clearance costs are not included and will be borne by the recipient.
Europe and rest of the world
