Palafreno benefits from about 30 minutes of gentle decanting prior to serving.

Recommended glasses
The intense ruby-red colour anticipates Palafreno’s assertive stance. On the nose, it charms you with a fine-grained complexity that combines cherries, plums and cassis with the fragrance of eucalyptus, violet and roses and a surprising profusion of spices. It is magnificent on the palate, intense and full-bodied, perfectly balanced with excellent freshness and well-integrated tannins. Layers of white pepper, dark chocolate and roasted coffee come to the fore, opening the way to a vibrant long finish.
